Uppsalahem is Uppsala's leading housing company with approximately 300 dedicated employees managing our portfolio of around 18,000 apartments. Here, you will work with something that is most significant for people: their homes.

As a student employee, you will become part of the Eastern management team. Together with your colleagues in the team and district, you will handle administrative and financial tasks, as well as everything related to tenants from inspections and rentals to ongoing matters throughout the rental cycle. You may also assist in various projects that the property manager or property chief needs support with.

As a student employee, you are studying at a university or college while performing qualified work with us. You are offered a flexible position with up to 15 hours of work per week. The employment is designed to allow you to combine full-time studies with your work at Uppsalahem. You will work on the same tasks as our regular staff but with some adjustments for the limited working hours.

• Studying at a university or college, preferably in real estate, construction, or similar fields

• Have a B driver's license

• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English

Previous work experience is an advantage.
